The Forty Program
The Forty Program is a 30-day CrossFit style program that consists of comprehensive training sessions completed within 40-minutes. When I only had 40-minutes to train, this is how I did it. No wasted time here - warm-up, strength, accessory, and metabolic conditioning. This is ideal for a trainee that has experience in the gym, but often faces time constraints when it comes to working out. Life gets busy; don’t let your training suffer!

*Any workout can be modified to accommodate the equipment that you have - ie. sub the assault bike for the rower or a kettlebell for a dumbbell, etc.
Sample Workout
Warm-up:
EMOM x 9-Minutes (3 Rounds)
Min 1: 200/150m Row
Min 2: 10 Box Jumps, Step Down (24/20”)
Min 3: 20sec Wall-Facing Handstand Hold
Strength:
Every 2:30 x 4 Sets (10:00)
1 Strict Press +
2 Push Press +
3 Push Jerks
*same weight across all sets
Conditioning:
15-Minute AMRAP
21/18 Calorie Row
15 American Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
9 Lateral Burpee Over Rower
