8-week program to run your first half marathon! This is the EXACT training program that I followed to build up my running volume while maintaining size and strength. If you want to learn how to become a hybrid athlete, this program is for you. There are 6 workouts each week - 3 strength & conditioning sessions + 3 scheduled running workouts. There is also a suggested stretching protocol on rest days. The program builds towards a 21.1 kilometre run in week 8. There are demonstration video links on every single exercise in this program so you’ll always know what you do when you get in the gym or lace up your running shoes!
